Each day, we start the day with an introduction. I have been making videos of these so that I don’t forget any important information, and also so that students will be able to access this information at other times if needed. This lasts about 5 minutes.
The bulk of class time is studio work time. We have about 25 minutes for this, depending on the needs of the individual class.
The last 5-10 minutes are for clean up and reflection. Students are responsible for putting away their art and their supplies. Then they sit at their “home base” and fill in their reflection sheet.
